We can provide you with skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapies in the comfort of your own home.

Our Home Health Nurses are trained to:
Check your blood pressure
Access lung sounds
Assess for irregular heart rhythm
Assess safety in the home and suggest changes
Teach medication side effects and interactions as well as check for duplication.
Be a source of information for Community Resources such as Transportation, Meals on Wheels, Congregate Meals, and Commodities.

Home Care services offered are:
IV Infusion
Port Care – Port dressing care, lab draws, port flushes
After Surgery Care – Dressing changes, wound assessments, wound care, lab draws
Urological Needs Met – Catheter care, catheter changes, Pad use, UA’s, Culture & Sensitivity, A/B monitoring
Diabetes Teaching
Colostomy Care
Lab Draws – we will go to the home to draw lab on patients who have difficulty leaving their home to have blood drawn.
Assessment of Newborns – Updated scales, lab draws, arrangements for a bili light
