The Girard Medical Center Foundation’s Breast Cancer Awareness T-Shirt Fundraiser is back! Join us in raising awareness and showing support for those impacted by breast cancer by purchasing this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirt.
Preorders are open now through September 25.
Proceeds from T-shirt sales will benefit the Girard Medical Center Foundation, helping support the Foundation’s mission and continued investment in healthcare for our community.
How to Order
All T-shirt orders must include a completed order form and mode of payment. You may drop off completed forms and payment at Girard Medical Center’s Registration desk, designated for Kylie Smith.
Make Checks Payable to Girard Medical Center Foundation. Mail checks to 302 N. Hospital Drive, Girard, KS 66743.
