We are excited to invite you to the 23rd Annual Girard Medical Center Foundation Fall Golf Classic on Saturday, September 6th, at Crawford Hills Golf Course. This annual event is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a day of golf, fellowship, and fun — all while supporting the continued success and growth of Girard Medical Center.

Event Details:

• Tee Time: 8:00 AM

• Format: 4-Person Scramble

• Team Registration Fee: $200

• Team Limit: 18 – 20 teams

• Prizes: Cash prizes for 1st and 2nd flights

• Lunch: Free-will donation
