Foundation Golf Tournament July 21st!
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Girard Medical Center Foundation will hold its annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, July 21st at the Crawford Hills Golf Course.
Tee Times will be 8:00 am and 1:00 pm for the 3 person scramble.
Entry fee is $120 per team.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Masters Level Sponsor: $750 (Special listing on a banner at the Clubhouse, advertising in all promotional materials and special recognition during the event.)
- Hole Sponsor: $500 (Name on a sign at a hole and advertising in all promotional materials.)
- Tee Box Sponsor: $250 (Name on a sign at a tee box.)
- Green Sponsor: $100 (Name on the sponsorship banner at the practice putting green.)
Proceeds will go toward the installation of a new 16 slice CT Scanner.
